Vic Alboini was formerly Executive Vice President and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Yorkton Securities, Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions at Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon, and a securities lawyer with McCarthy & McCarthy (six years as a partner) specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Alboini received his Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Toronto and his Masters of Law (Corporate Finance) degree from York University.
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Hilton has provided financial reporting and corporate secretarial services for a number of public companies since 2005. He was the Chief Financial Officer of GC-Global Capital Corp. from 2010 – 2012 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Added Capital Inc. and Cardinal Capital Partners Inc. Mr. Hilton is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an holds an Honours BA in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Matthew has worked in capital markets since 2011. Matthew has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a Bachelor of Laws from Western University, and has completed Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst program. He completed his articling term at Stikeman Elliott LLP, and is licensed to practice law in Ontario.
Matthew is a Research Analyst providing expert advice on valuation matters, often in the context of M&A advisory, fairness opinions, and due diligence. Matthew has extensive financial industry experience with more than 15 years in various capacities including as an Equity Research Analyst (Mining) at Euro Pacific Canada, Northern Securities, and Sprott Resource Corp. Matthew has a B. Comm degree from McMaster University and is working on the completion of the CFA program.
